Where are you located?
We are based in Boone, North Carolina (right on 421, in city limits) serving the High Country and surrounding areas.

How do I stay updated on upcoming auctions?
Follow us on Facebook, join our email list, or visit our website regularly for new auction dates and listings.

Buying & Bidding

How do I register to bid?
For live auctions, bring a valid ID to sign up at the door.
For online auctions, simply create an account through HiBid.com

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, card, Venmo, and certified checks for larger purchases.

Do you offer delivery?
Yes. We partner with Men Moving Mountains to provide safe, reliable delivery for auction items. Delivery quotes are available at checkout.

When can I pick up items I’ve won?
Pickup times are listed with each auction. Typically, pickups occur the day of the auction or the day after.

What if I miss my pickup time?
Items not picked up will be forfeited and may be relisted. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need special arrangements.

How does consignment work?
You bring items to us—or schedule a house call—and we handle the photography, listing, marketing, and auctioning. You receive payment after the sale.

What are your consignment fees?
25% off of sold price

When do I receive my payout?
Consignors are paid within 7 days after the auction ends.

Estate Cleanouts

Do you offer estate cleanout services?
Yes. We handle full or partial cleanouts, including sorting, packing, removal, and auctioning.

Do you travel to pick up items?
Yes, we do house calls for both estates and general consignments. Contact us to schedule a visit.

Policies & Auction Rules

Are bids final?
Yes. All bids—live and online—are final and binding.

Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. We encourage buyers to attend previews or review item photos carefully.

What happens if an item doesn’t meet the reserve?
Items with a reserve may not sell if the reserve isn’t met. Most items are sold without a reserve.
